Unlike traditional therapy sessions, this experience allows for greater depth, clarity and resolution.
With a longer session you will have more space to explore complex issues, reveal deeper patterns.

Contact me to arrange an initial consultation session.
We'll discuss : your goals, concerns, and expectations.
We'll also determine if you have the means to conduct video calls and discuss how remote sessions will be conducted.

Upon scheduling your initial consultation, you'll receive a forms to fill out before our first session. This forms provides valuable information about your background, medical history, and current challenges, helping me tailor our sessions to your needs.

A psychotherapy practitioner, also known as a psychotherapist, often works with individuals who seek support during critical moments in their lives, aiming to gradually improve their well-being, much like the psychotherapist him or her self.
Depending on their chosen method, the psychotherapist assists people in addressing their concerns: guiding them through life changes.
The psychotherapists themselves must undergo psychotherapy as part of their certification. Therefore, their approach is enriched not only by the method they employ but also by their personal experience.

Psychotherapy is, above all, a gift we choose to give ourselves, a moment of listening that belongs solely to us. It is a pause during which you take the time to turn your gaze inward.
We often tend to neglect our mental health, thinking that others have it worse than us. However, everyone deserves to feel calm and fulfilled.
Psychotherapy is a journey during which we discuss your sufferings together to understand and alleviate them.
This process begins with attentive and compassionate listening.
Simply finding a place to share your suffering can have a beneficial effect. Then, gradually, a reflection begins not only on "why" things are not going well but especially on "how" to improve.
Psychotherapy is not just about listening; it is a true space for reflection and growth. While attentive listening is important, it is not the sole objective when meeting with a psychotherapist.
A psychotherapist is not in a position to give you advice, but rather to provide seeds of reflection. You are the expert on yourself; only you hold the answers. My role, as a dedicated apprentice of the human mind, is to guide you towards them.
A consultation is neither a monologue nor a simple conversation. Therapeutic alliance and interaction are essential for the therapy to progress smoothly, allowing you to put words and meaning on what you feel.
